DC's animated films, which range from adaptations of popular comics like The Dark Knight Returns to all-new, original stories, have so far proved to be a major success story for the company.

The latest film in the DC Animated Universe just might be the most explosive yet. It's called Justice League vs. Teen Titans, and it's exactly what it sounds like. It appears that the demon Trigon, the father of Teen Titan member Raven and a long-time villain of the group, will posses the Justice League. That means it will be Batman vs. Robin, Wonder Woman vs. Beast Boy, Cyborg vs. Blue Beetle and much, much more.

A new teaser trailer for the film reveals the look and lineup of the teams. On the side of the Justice League will be all of the familiar fan favorites: Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Flash and Cyborg. Also joining the team will be Nightwing.

On the side of the Teen Titans will be most of the characters fans of the old Cartoon Network Teen Titans show have come to love. Starfire, Robin, Raven and Beast Boy are all here, joined by Blue Beetle. The Teen Titans are one man down in this fight, so it looks like they'll have their work cut out for them. The characters all look very similar to their appearances in the Young Justice show, which will likely still upset some fans who have longed for a third season.

Jon Bernthal (Shane from The Walking Dead and soon be be the Punisher in Netflix's Daredevil show) will provide the voice of Trigon, with Taissa Farmiga (American Horror Story) as the voice of Raven, Jake T. Austin (The Fosters) as Blue Beetle, Brandon Soo Hoo (From Dusk Till Dawn) as Beast Boy, and Kari Wahlgren (Rick and Morty) as Starfire. The Justice League will be voiced by returning actors from past entries in the DC animated film universe.

Sam Liu, who directed Justice League: Gods and Monsters, will return to direct Justice League vs. Teen Titans. The film was written by Alan Burnett and Bryan Q. Miller. No word yet on an exact release date for the film, but expect it sometime in the spring. You can check out the film's teaser trailer below.
