LG will officially unveil the LG G5 at the Mobile World Congress that is slated to happen on Feb. 21.

Prior to the device's much-awaited formal announcement, a number of leaks have already given users a peek of what they can expect from the upcoming handset.

The latest somehow confirms the previous rumor that the G5 will come with an all-new dual-camera feature.

Less than a week ago, a 3D render video revealed the LG G5 with a new design and a dual-camera setup located on the rear. According to the video, the smartphone will be equipped with a 5.6-inch 2K display and will have the dimensions of 5.8 x 2.9 x 0.3 inches. This means that the smartphone will be a little slimmer and longer than its older sibling, the LG G4.

The latest leak of the phone's case design shows the device to have a dual-LED flash with both diodes bearing identical color. Underneath the LED, the device houses what appears like a laser autofocus window, a feature that is also seen in other LG devices such as the G3, G4 and V10.

It also showed the volume button being transferred to the side while the round power button can be argued to have the dual function of a fingerprint sensor because of its placement on the rear.

There are actually two different case designs that were spotted. Although both appeared on Amazon, one is a combination of matte black and crystal clear materials. It is scheduled to start shipping on March 28 and currently listed at a promotional $9.99, which is 50 percent off the regular price of $19.95. It has the dimensions of 6 x 3 x 0.5 inches, making it really close to the measurement that was mentioned earlier.

The second case design comes in several color options and is described as a protective case cover. Customers will have easy access to all the handset's buttons, controls and ports without removing the cover.

This type will be available beginning on Feb. 6, and currently has a sale price of $7.99. Customers can choose from colors such as black, clear, hot pink, mint and purple.

It's only a matter of days for the LG G5's curtain call at the MWC. For now, only speculations on the rest of the device's features are available. These include a display of either 5.5 or 5.6 inches, a 3,840 x 2,160 resolution with 4K video support, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820, a RAM of 4 GB, a 4,000 mAh battery, a 20-megapixel rear-camera and Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
