Samsung's hotly awaited latest smartphones, the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge, have been caught on camera in shiny gold and silver ahead of their introduction later this month.

The latest Galaxy flagship smartphones are pegged to come out in an Unpacked 2016 event on Feb. 21 in Barcelona, a day before the much-awaited Mobile World Congress 2016 kicks off.

With a few more days left to this event, dummies of the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge have been spotted showing off some of their possible color options.

Samsung Galaxy S7 In Gold Finish

Pisapapeles has lately pushed out a report which comes with purported images of the Galaxy S7. The photos show the device in gold finish — which seems to look stunning.

Previously, images of the Samsung's hottest new things have already leaked in the past showing these devices with a cool black color as one of the possible options to pick from. Should the leaked photos turn out to be true, this means that a gold finish is going to be one of the choices to choose from as well.

Last year, Samsung's flagship smartphones came out in Black Sapphire, White Pearl, Silver Titanium and Gold Platinum. On top of that, the company likewise added Green Emerald as one of the options for the Galaxy S6 Edge and the Blue Topaz for Galaxy S6.

In any case, we expect that the new Samsung phones will arrive in an array of finishes.

Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge In Silver Finish

In the meantime, Twitter user Evan Blass, well renowned for his reputation of accurate leaks, has posted an image of the Galaxy S7 edge on Twitter in silver finish.

While Blass did not specifically mention the name of the device, but judging from the looks of it, we could already know that he is referring to the Galaxy S7 Edge. Plus, the phone on the leaked photo sports a curved display, a less rounded home button and a new wallpaper of the Galaxy S7.

Blass also said that the device runs on Google's Android 6.0 Marshmallow. It is important to note, though, that he is also mentioned about an "Android Nonpareil" on his post. Word has it that he might be referring to the next big Android release.

As always, since nothing is official yet, it is advisable to take everything you read with a grain of salt.
