Xbox One and PS4 gamers have reported that Tom Clancy’s The Division has encountered server outages on the game’s release day.

A Reddit thread was created with the title "Ubisoft services not available at this time," where gamers post their experience with the error message, data errors and more.

"Seems like all of UBI is down," user aSheepamongWolves says. "I guess the outbreak did start at UBI."

"[M]aybe they'll give us some free DLC to compensate for this ... Oh, wait, I paid for the Gold Edition that I'm currently unable to experience," complains Denham_Chkn.

User gutsdozer got another error message that says "There seems to be a problem with your connection." However, the gamer asserts "my Internet's just fine."

User TumTuggernut advises other gamers in the thread to keep trying.

"I got the Delta error twice, now I'm in," the gamer says.

If you wish to check out the other concerns of the The Division players, head on to the Reddit thread.

Of course, other users also took to Twitter to gripe on this issue.

During the game’s beta testing, a user experienced the same problem.

Ubisoft was quick to acknowledge the issue players were experiencing.

“We’re currently aware of an issue impacting our games and services and we’re actively investigating to deploy a solution as quickly as possible,” it says. "UPDATE 2:00AM EST: All services have resumed normal operation on all platforms. We are monitoring the situation."

In its response to gamers' concerns, the company provided this advice via the official support forum thread:

1. If you experience server connectivity issues, turn off your PS4 and your modem/router and wait for around 15 to 30 seconds.

2. Power up the modem/router. It would take a few minutes to re-establish the connection.

3. Turn on the PS4 and try the game again.

Before the game was officially released, Tech Times reported that fans of the game would need to download a hefty 2 GB patch containing a few gameplay updates and bug fixes.
