Customers who preordered LG’s latest smartphone through AT&T may be delighted to know that their much-awaited handsets are now on the way to their houses.

A report from Android Central says AT&T has already started shipping the LG G5 preorders. Those who preordered should expect to get their hands on this brand new handset as early as today, March 30. This means some lucky customers will be able to receive the phone ahead of the LG G5’s April 1 official release date on AT&T.

The report says customers who preordered should expect to see the shipping notifications from the carrier in a little while.

If, however, you haven’t placed your order yet, you still have until March 31 to preorder the LG G5 from AT&T and get another one at no cost.

Tech Times earlier reported that AT&T has a buy-one-get-one deal for the LG G5. To avail of the offering, customers need to buy two phones via the AT&T Next, and they are able to get the price of one of the phones reimbursed at a later time.

Consumers have to buy the first LG G5 through an update or under a new line. The second one, which is actually the free G5, should be purchased with a new line via AT&T Next 24.

Do note that these two LG G5 phones have to be added to an eligible data plan, for instance, Mobile Share Value. After three bill cycles or less, AT&T will then start adding bill credits that amount to $689 in a span of 30 months.

Consumers can also buy the phone for $688.99 outright. However, if they have to buy the phone through this method, they aren't going to receive a free G5 unit.

At AT&T, buyers can pick from four color variants of the phone, ranging from gold, titan, silver to pink.

One can likewise snag the LG G5 via Sprint, Verizon and T-Mobile, which means consumers have a multitude of options of where to buy this handset within the United States.
