Meizu is yet to unveil the Pro 6 but images of the handset have again been spotted online, showing a number of interesting design and specs details that can be expected from the company's upcoming device.

Based on the leaked images, the Pro 6 handset seems to have a bezel-free display with an integrated panel of either a 2.5D or 3D technology. The device comes in a black casing with metal build, which appears to be stylishly sleek. Probing further down the display, it also seems like the Pro 6 will feature a fingerprint scanner similar to its older sibling, the Meizu Pro 5.

Looking at the handset's rear panel, the image reveals what looks like antenna cutouts restyled akin to the image leaks of the iPhone 7 that also appeared online. In fact, the Meizu Pro 6 was previously mistaken for the iPhone 7, until Meizu cleared things up. Clad in black, the antenna blends perfectly well with the handset's overall design.

The rear portion also reveals the handset to have a protruding camera which is said to come equipped with laser auto focus. However, it's unclear whether the flash will also be part of the laser focus mechanism.

The Meizu Pro 6 is speculated to feature a Helio X25 SoC, which is slightly faster than the previous Helio X20. It also has a tri-cluster design that handles heavy duty tasks (a pair of Cortex-A72 cores at 2.5 GHz); mid-size tasks (four Cortex-A53 cores at 2.0 GHz) and light tasks (four Cortex-A53 cores at 1.4 GHz).

The Pro 6 is purported to have a 4 GB RAM, although earlier reports say that a 6 GB RAM version can also be expected.

Last month, we reported that the Meizu Pro 6 will feature a full HD display with a pixel resolution of 1,080 x 1,920, as revealed by an insider. Other rumored specs and features include a pre-installed Flyme OS 6.0, Hi-Fi 3.0 sound mechanism, fast-charging capabilities and 64 GB internal storage.

The Meizu Pro 6 is also said to feature a processing option that will rely on an Exynos 8890 CPU.

Meizu is expected to officially announce the Pro 6 handset on April 6. Fans who have been anticipating the device may finally learn other notable details such as pricing and regional availability.
