Some interesting rumors have popped up in the past in regards to the Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice movie currently being filmed in Detroit. However, another rumor has made its way from the depth of web, and this time it has a lot to do with Aquaman.

According to the latest rumor, Aquaman could make his first appearance in a scene that involves several destroyed boats. Interestingly enough, this is the same place the Batmobile is being filmed doing all sorts of crazy things.

A user on Instagram, who took a video of the set, claimed the boats were destroyed by Aquaman, though we are not certain where he gets his information from. Furthermore, he also claims that back in the Man of Steel film, Clark was saved by Aquaman after dropping unconscious to the bottom of the sea.

Remember that particular scene? There were a few whales swimming around Clark Kent at the time after he opened his eyes, and it is said that Aquaman sent the creatures to see if our hero is alright. Remember, the film did not show how Clark got out of the water, which is likely behind the reasoning of this new rumor.

Now, we tend to always give rumors the benefit of the doubt, but this one is different.

Clark falling into the sea after the explosion was a not issue because he is the Man of Steel. Furthermore, he opened his eyes and from our belief; he would have had enough strength to swim to safety. And why would Aquaman destroy boats on dry land? Makes no sense to us.

The destroyed boats are likely caused by Batman and whoever he's battling in the area. Remember, this is the place the Batmobile is being used to shoot scenes where it is chasing down bad guys, so we can't seem to understand how this person came away with the Aquaman idea.

We should also note that the same Instagram user said Aquaman will look like a surfer and have tribal tattoos all over his body. We're not going to dispute this since Jason Momoa has quite a lot of tattoos on his skin, and Zack Snyder might find this interesting.

Aquaman is one of the central characters in the Justice League, so there's a good chance he might pop up in the Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice film. We don't expect the character to have a big role, just a mere introduction during the film or in an after the credits scene.
