WWE 2K17 is just around the corner, so 2K Games is wasting no time letting fans know all the additional WWE goodness that will be on the way once the game does arrive on store shelves.

The publisher has just revealed all of WWE 2K17's DLC content, content that Visual Concepts President Greg Thomas says celebrates the past, present and future of the WWE.

Indeed, the game's DLC is broken down into several distinct packs. One of them is the "Future Stars Pack," which adds playable WWE and NXT superstars like Austin Aries, Karl Anderson, Luke Gallows, Mojo Rawley and Tye Dillinger. The Future Stars Pack will retail for $8.99.

"The Legends Pack" will also be available, and includes playable WWE legends Brutus "The Barber" Beefcake, Eddie Guerrero, Greg "The Hammer" Valentine, Sycho Sid and Tatanka. It too will retail for $8.99.

Last but not least when it comes to playable wrestlers is the "NXT Enhancement" and "NXT Legacy" Packs. The enhancement pack adds Apollo Crews, Nia Jax and Shinsuke Nakamura while also adding a 50 percent boost in points while competing in NXT during MyCareer. The NXT Legacy pack simply adds new wrestlers in the form of Apollo Crews, Nia Jax and Shinsuke Nakamura. The NXT Enhancement Pack will retail for $9.99 while the NXT Legacy pack sells for $4.99. Both packs will not be available on Xbox 360 or PS3.

Then there's the "Hall of Fame Showcase," which includes a number of famous matches for gamers to play through, including:

Cactus Jack and Diamond Dallas Page vs. The Fabulous Freebirds (Jimmy Garvin and Michael "PS" Hayes) (WCW Saturday Night 1992);
The Fabulous Freebirds (Buddy Roberts and Michael "PS" Hayes) vs. Kerry and Kevin Von Erich (WCCW 1986);
Ivory vs. Jacqueline (SmackDown 2000);
Sting (gold and black tights) vs. Ric Flair (Clash of Champions 1988);
Sting (n.W.o. Wolfpac ring gear) vs. Bret Hart (WCW Halloween Havoc 1998);
Papa Shango vs. The Godfather (Dream Match);
Big Boss Man (with Albert) vs. The Big Show (Armageddon 1999)

The Hall of Fame Showcase will retail for $9.99. Players can purchase the Accelerator to unlock all of the game's unlockable content from the get-go for $4.99, or get a leg up on the competition with the MyPlayer Kickstart Pack, which allows players to boost the stats of their MyCareer wrestlers while also unlocking all stat boosting clothing from the start. The MyPlayer Kickstart Pack retails for $9.99.

Last is the New Moves Pack, which brings additional moves like the Swingout Neckbreaker (made popular by current WWE Raw Women's Champion Charlotte); the Elbro Drop (made popular by WWE Superstar Zack Ryder); the Face Wash Combo (made popular by NXT Superstar Samoa Joe) and the TJP Clutch (made popular by current WWE Cruiserweight Champion T.J. Perkins). The New Moves Pack will retail for $3.99.

All the content above can be purchased separately or players can purchase the game's $29.99 season pass to unlock the Accelerator, the Hall of Fame Showcase, Future Stars Pack, Legends Pack and New Moves Pack. All DLC content is expected to release in late 2016 or early 2017.

WWE 2K17 arrives on Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 on Oct. 11.
