It might just be the beginning of October, but Android users already can't get enough of getting spooked by American Horror Story season six. According to Google Play's trends for September, the series is No. 1 on the Top 5 TV Shows list in the Play Store - and it's only on its fourth episode this week.
But with a full month ahead of us, there are plenty of other titles being added to the digital store all month to further satisfy all user's entertainment needs. These include episodes from The Walking Dead season seven and episodes of The Flash season three.
While Captain America: Civil War remains the top movie downloaded as of now, movies like Star Trek Beyond, Sausage Party, Bad Moms and Finding Dory will all be added so users can stream them on their mobile Android devices.
Google revealed that Disney's Beauty and the Beast did very well in the Play Store after being released on Sept. 6 for its 25th anniversary. So for a limited time, select Disney princess movies like The Little Mermaid and Aladdin have left the vault and are now available to purchase on Google Play.
When it comes to apps, users were all about Google's new messaging app Allo, the video app LIVE.LY and MLB at BAT. This month, Android users can download The Honest Company app, along with games like FIFA Mobile Soccer and Dan the Man.
Those who are looking for new music to stream on their Galaxy devices after listening to "Closer" by The Chainsmokers or purchasing Jason Aldean's They Don't Know can get ready for new albums from Bon Iver, Green Day and Tove Lo. Then again, the user just might want to start reading Nicholas Sparks' new novel Two by Two or Robert Kirkman's Walking Dead #159.
