South Africa's "Lion Whisper," Kevin Richardson, showcases another amazing video of the majestic wild lions of Africa, this time, using a GoPro to record stunning first-person (first-lion, rather) footage of one of the lionesses he loves to hang out with.

The video opens with Richardson lazing about with two of his favorite lioness sisters, Meg and Amy. As he explains, the two lionesses have very distinct personalities that make each of them unique.

Amy, he says, is insecure and would rather run away than explore; while Meg is the more boisterous of the two, and "game for anything."

Perhaps Meg's adventurous nature is what caused him to choose her as his second cameraman for the day. With a specially mounted strap for the GoPro camera secured on Meg's back, he follows her as she stalks her prey and hunts for a bite to eat.

As Richardson explains in the video, lions will generally sneak up as close to their prey as possible then make a sprint for it. A hunting technique which Meg deftly shows in a two and a half minute video as she hunts down and chows down on a buck for lunch.

(For those who are squeamish, not to worry, nothing to graphic is shown)

Before you feel too bad for the unfortunate buck, just remember that Lions are the apex predators in Africa - they are at the top of the food chain, and hunting down their food is part of nature, as the song goes, the circle of life.

Richardson commends Meg on her hunting skills, bring down her kill quickly and skillfully, minimizing the pain and trauma to the buck.

The video shows a unique perspective into the life and habits of wild lionesses, shown from the lion's own fascinating point of view.
