Many new games - which include sequels - have been lined up for release next month. We take a look at some of the exciting games which are going to be released in February, for the PS4 gaming console .

LEGO Worlds

Having played with real LEGO as kids, LEGO Worlds will be a trip down memory lane for many gamers. This digital block-building game incorporates the essence of LEGO's building mechanics into the virtual world.

A LEGO agents pack, along with many new characters, weapons and vehicles will be released exclusively for PlayStation 4 for the first three months of its release.

This nostalgic game releases in the U.S. on Feb. 21, 2017.

Deformers

A unique and interactive tactile game, Deformers is the best game for some relaxing gameplay, as it has simple mechanics and controls to ensure that the game is being enjoyed by one and all.

Deformers is set in various locales and arenas where you control entities called "Forms" and fight it out with the opposite team to gain victory. The moves include rolls, jumps, dashing, shooting and throwing. Power-ups can be used to inflict more damaging attacks on your opponents.

This fun game hits the shelves on Feb. 14, 2017.

For Honor

This hack-and-slash online game, developed by Ubisoft was announced at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) 2015 and had left the gaming world on tenterhooks and it is finally geared up for a February release for the PlayStation 4.

The player can choose a character from three clans - The Legion, The Chosen and The Warborn. Players then fight their opponents with a slew of melee weapons like katanas, swords, axes and more. This game also features a multi-player mode and players can customize their character and battle it out amongst themselves.

For Honor releases on Feb. 14, 2017.

Sniper Elite 4

This third-person shooter is a sequel to sniper Elite III, and is set immediately after the events of the previous game.  Players play as Karl Fairburne, who is tasked with assisting the Italian Resistance against the fascists.

With a gripping storyline and easy gameplay, Sniper Elite 4 comes with many new features like the X-ray Kill Cam, which will activate when the sniper is shooting from a distant range and will follow the bullet from the rifle to the target.

This game, developed by Rebellion Developments, is scheduled to be released on Feb. 14, 2017 on the PS4.

YS Origin

A prequel to the previous installments of the series, YS Origin is a Japanese RPG originally released on Steam and now hitting the PS4 consoles. It features three characters - Yunica Tovah, Hugo Fact, and The Claw. These characters all have various unique abilities.

YS Origin is the perfect mix of action, story-telling and exploration, as the player is compelled to complete the story by playing with each of the three characters. As they do that, more aspects of the game are revealed, which leaves one amazed.

The PS4 version of the game is set to release on Feb. 21, 2017.

Many more exciting games like Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4, Nioh, and Ride 2 are scheduled to be launched in February. With so many exciting titles in the pipeline, the gaming future looks promising for PS4 gamers.
