"Stardew Valley's" Fern Islands seem bigger than originally thought with a number of new items and events. Despite being so recent, players can now wonder the whole Fern Islands mentioned in the guide below by TheGamer.

Here's what to expect

1. The ad

One of the rare non-Pelican Town ads that players will receive comes from a certain advertisement directly from Fern Island. This invites players to relax and enjoy the Island as a tourist. This was also noted by a number of people on Reddit receiving a mail about this island.

2. Found in Gem Sea

This is an important part of Stardew Valley as the sea separates the different continents. This could be because the islands are located quite close to each other or that war is currently happening on the Grampleton soil.

3. Rare fruit

Fern Island is famous for exporting rare fruit that the player cannot grow. It's still unknown as to what conditions are needed to grow these fruits or if it really is even native to over one island.

4. Ginger Island

While the players pass on the other islands within the cutscene on their way to Ginger Island, these islands can't be visited (maybe as of the moment but it is still unknown). Players are still met with a number of traveling merchants and other people.

5. Rich Rich Rich

Fern Island stands to be pretty well off. There's a huge quantity of crops being exported and the island seems to stack up on these crops regularly.

6. Place for Retirement

The player's in-game parents did mention wanting to retire on the popular Fern Islands. However, this might seem like quite an expensive choice. Haley even mentioned this but as known by players, Haley does have an expensive taste.

7. Prairie Island

Although not confirmed to be officially part of Fern Islands, a number of players believe that Prairie island is located just around the block. This island actually takes its inspiration from the video game within the game called Journey of the Prairie King.

8. Pirate Island

The Pirate Island is said to be located somewhere out there. Finding the island means players will have to follow the clues like it is filled with pirates, and others.

9. Jungles

Instead of just a cave, players can enjoy the Fern Island jungles. This will be crawling with different tropical animals. This is also a very popular attraction for the entire island. Once the report, however, is built, characters will start commenting on this jungle.

10. Willy is back

Oh yeah, Willy was never from Pelican Town and was born in the popular Fern Islands and is now missing home. This is one of the main reasons he has decided to take players to Ginger Island. This also explains why Willy really enjoys both fishing and living on the beach.

The caves will still be allowing players to fight, mine, and maybe discover a few more treasures. "Stardew Valley" Fern Island is quite an exciting addition to the game.
