Sega has released the newest trailer for the upcoming Sonic Frontiers at the Tokyo Game Show 2022, as reported first by Comicbook. "Dangerous new enemies require powerful new abilities," as described in the teaser.

The trailer showed a battle between Sonic and a titanic enemy that features different abilities during a battle. The first look of Super Sonic in Frontiers was also revealed which shows his glowing yellow super form, as Twinfinite reported.
This is not shocking to see as the story focuses on Sonic's journey to Starfall Islands to search for Chaos Emeralds. Along with this are his missing friends of his, which are Amy and Tails. The action of Sonic's transformation was cut-off short as it ended right after he started flying toward the enemy.
This form is not new to the game, yet gamers will be able to fly the evolved character in an open-world setting for the first time. Changing the returning stages in zones to nonlinear will be fun to explore.
During the artbook preview, a volcanic biome was accidentally revealed along with lush green hills and floating islands in the sky. This trailer just confirms the 'leaked' or 'speculated' information by Gamepur as a scene in the trailer shows dark volcanic rocks on Sonic's feet. This will let the gamers hint on what to avoid in the game, like rivers of lava, shadowy enemies, etc.
ONE OK ROCK's song called "Vandalize" was featured in the trailer as Sonic Frontier's theme song, which was praised highly by the community.
The trailer ended by revealing the game's release date, November 8, 2022, which is only a few months away before it arrives. Sonic Frontiers will be available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam and Epic Game Store.
Preorders are now available here, where different editions of the upcoming game can be chosen by the fans.
Tokyo Game Show 2022
Five days of panels, new game trailers, and more will be revealed as the Tokyo Game Show 2022 started today. This will last up to September 18, when users can watch live streams via Tokyo Game Show's official Youtube Channel and official Twitch account.

Sonic in Fall Guys
Last month, Fall Guys collaborated with Sonic as they announced on their official Twitter account that sonic, eggman, knuckles, and even super sonic will be available to purchase in the Fall Guys store.
The posted trailer also revealed a Sonic-themed event in the game. This only lasted for four days as the event only runned from August 11 to August 15.
