Xbox Game Pass Surprisingly Adds 'Chivalry 2'

As per the latest report by Game Rant, it is unclear when the Xbox maker, Microsoft, plans to announce its list of October 2022 Game Pass offerings. But the news outlet notes that it should be around the first two weeks of the month.

Given that, the confirmation of games might be right around the corner.

Despite that, the official Twitter account of Xbox Game Pass has spilled the beans for one of its earliest offerings this month.

The recent tweet has confirmed that "Chivalry 2" is arriving at the gaming subscription service on October 4, Tuesday. The post reveals that the multiplayer game is "coming tomorrow and you're gonna need a battlecry."

Is 'Chivalry 2' Worth Checking Out?

According to a news story by Comicbook.com, the latest Game Pass offering, the "Chivalry 2" was released in the summer of 2021. It is a melee-focused multiplayer game, allowing its players to fight in close-range combat. What sets this game apart is its medieval setting.

The media outlet notes that while the game first saw the light of day in 2021, it still is popular these days.

Game Rant notes in its report that it is the successor of "Chivalry: Medieval Warfare." But "Chivalry 2" got better reviews from its players than its predecessor.

And now, subscribers of Game Passe on various platforms, such as the Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC, could get their hands on the hit multiplayer title without having to spend on it separately.

As mentioned, Microsoft has kept mum about its upcoming Game Pass offerings. Well, except for the medieval multiplayer.

If you want to get accurate information on the upcoming Game Pass titles this October, you might want to be a little more patient. Microsoft is set to introduce the list in the next several days.

However, earlier reports have blurted out some pretty interesting predictions.

For instance, Pure Xbox claims that gaming titles like "Persona 5: Royal," "Gunfire Reborn," and Coral Island" are on their way to the subscription service.
