Valorant released details for the upcoming Episode 5 Act 3. With only a few days left, the game will be introducing a new agent, a new set of battle pass, and a revamped interface.

Gameplay and Abilities

Valorant introduces its newest addition to the set of agents fresh from India's coast. His name is Harbor, a water-based character and a Controller agent. As per One Esports, the agent is powered by an ancient artifact that gives him total control over water.

Through his abilities, not only does he protect himself from bullets, but his allies will also be safe from his tidal waves as they also block vision across the map being the controller of the team. Below are his detailed abilities and instructions on how to use it, as reported by Talk Esports.

• CASCADE (C): EQUIP a wave of water. FIRE to send the wave rolling forward and through walls. RE-USE to stop the wave. Players hit are SLOWED.
• COVE (Q): EQUIP a sphere of shielding water. FIRE to throw. ALT FIRE to underhand throw. Upon impacting the ground, spawn a water shield that blocks bullets.
• HIGH TIDE (E): EQUIP a wall of water. FIRE sends the water forward along the ground. HOLD FIRE to guide the water in the direction of your crosshair, passing through the world, and spawning a wall along the water's path. ALT FIRE while bending to stop the water early. Players hit are SLOWED.
• ULTIMATE - RECKONING (X): EQUIP the full power of your Artifact. FIRE to summon a geyser pool on the ground. Enemy players in the area are targeted by successive geyser strikes. Players caught within a strike are CONCUSSED.

Riot Games Marketing Lead for India and South Asia Ashish Gupta stated through BGR that the support that they are receiving from the community as they introduced this character humbles the whole team. He added, "We are also very excited to host our first Riot event in India and look forward to bringing more exciting activities and events to the country."

Agent 21: Harbor

Harbor was first seen last October 12th as Valorant released a separate trailer for the Agent with a short storyline. The trailer featured how did the agent obtain the artifact that gives him powers and abilities. In the end, Harbor joined the Valorant team as he was welcomed by Brimstone, another controller and one of the team's commanders.

According to Twinfinite, Harbor is voiced by Sunil Malhotra, which is a very notable person in the gaming industry. Aside from Valorant's newest agent, he also voiced Weyland Yutani in Aliens: Colonial Marines, Kung Lao in Mortal Kombat 11, Jun in Halo: Reach, and several voices for Fallout: New Vegas. He previously worked with Riot Games as he also voiced Akshan, a marksman in League of Legends.

Release Date

Harbor will be joining the list of agents of Valorant on October 18th, which is also the same schedule for the release of Episode 5 Act 3. The Sports Rush reported that aside from sprays, design cards, and buddies, three new skin collections will be included in the battle pass that represents Indian culture and Harbors character design. These skins will be called Rune Stone, Iridian Thorn, and Starlit Odyssey.
