The company will use these electric semi trucks for their main business, making the electric cars available for the public to access via the company.

Daimler officially released the Freightliner eCascadia in May 2022, centering on the cargo hauler which uses battery power to provide mobility to all that needs it.

Electric Trucks, Schoolbuses, and MORE

The effort towards electric mobility is not only for private and personal cars available in the market from the many vehicle companies in the world but should also be for all industries in the transportation industry. One of the famous companies that launched an electric cargo transportation system is Tesla, centering on its upcoming availability of the Tesla Semi

In this age of modernization and looking out for the environment, the United States is one of the leading countries towards carbon neutralization, centering on a 2030 goal to eradicate gas-powered engines.

One of the United States' goals is to transform the mass transport system to clean energy, with one project from President Joe Biden towards the change to electric schoolbuses for public schools

Additionally, the Biden administration also looks into changing the electric mail trucks to replace USPS' current fleet, with Oshkosh Defense as its exclusive manufacturer.

Electric mobility is evolving and applying to other fields in the transportation system, with Daimler Truck North America also launching its clean energy take for its class 8 semi-trucks. And what better way to have it more accessible to current industries than its partnership with Penske, which will make the Freightliner eCascadia available for leasing to many companies requiring it.
