As Samsung is set to launch its latest devices which are rumored to be a new Galaxy S Series and an upgraded Galaxy Book, the company is giving extra free credit for customers who will preorder the latest devices before the in-person event launch that will happen on February 1st.

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA - JANUARY 05: Attendees visit the Samsung booth at CES 2023 at the Las Vegas Convention Center on January 05, 2023 in Las Vegas, Nevada. CES, the world's largest annual consumer technology trade show, runs through January 08 and features about 3,200 exhibitors showing off their latest products and services to more than 100,000 attendees.

Giving $100 Free Credit

As the company announced that the in-person event is coming back, Samsung also relaunched pre-order reservation incentives for its newest devices.

Before Samsung unveils its latest devices this upcoming February 1st for Samsung Galaxy Unpacked, the company is giving $50 credit for next-generation Samsung phone pre-orders and another $50 credit for the next Galaxy book pre-orders.

CNET reported that this deal expires on February 1st, the same day as the launch event. Fans in the United States can reserve on Samsung's website or Shop Samsung App to lock in discounts and future purchases.

How to Avail?

Users will be needing to submit their names and email addresses here to get the free promotion credit. Once the preorders go live that are assumable shortly after the Unpacked event, users will be able to use the credit that they receive.

Unfortunately, Samsung stated that the reservation credit cannot be applied to pre ordered devices and must be spent on additional products during the pre order purchase. Meaning that customers will have to redeem the $50 or $100 credit for additional items, like cases and chargers, instead of the S23 or Galaxy Book.

Other Perks

Aside from store credits, USA Today reported that customers can also avail other perks directly from Samsung. After purchasing multiple Galaxy smartphones, users will receive a guaranteed trade-in credit including cracked phone screens.

For unexpected spills, drops, or broken screens, you can also get the Samsung Care+ extended coverage. For only one business day, you will be able to get your replacement phone.

Samsung Galaxy S23 Leaks

While the upcoming device will mostly resemble its predecessor in appearance, Samsung Galaxy S23 will come in four colors, including a new one. As per our previous report, the leaked colorways include Phantom Black, Cotton Flower, Botanic Green, and the new Mystic Lilac shade.

Meanwhile, Ultra's back phone appears flatter than the previous generation. Three of the S23 Ultra lenses will also be bigger than the other two devices.

Engadget reported that the device will have a 200-megapixel main camera, which will be a first for the Galaxy lineup. Because of this, it is rumored to have better autofocus and stabilization than the S22 Ultra. Meanwhile, Standard and Plus models are expected to have 50 megapixels.

All of the details will be announced in its Galaxy Unpacked event on February 1st. The event will be bringing back the traditional in-person event after three years of announcing new products through virtual presentation.
