Apple iPhone 15 to Use WiFi 6E says Analyst, What More to Expect?

A new report from an analyst talks about an upcoming integration for Apple's iPhone 15, and it would center on the WiFi 6E module that would deliver a new experience for its users. It is widely known that this new WiFi module is also the fastest there is, one that could help connect to the strongest possible wireless networks available to all.

The soon-arriving integration will bring its features to the iPhone 15, a device expected by later this Fall 2023, either by September or October.

Apple's iPhone 15 to Get the WiFi 6E Chip

As per the latest Medium post from Ming-Chi Kuo, Apple's next smartphone will get the WiFi 6E chip, with the iPhone 15 series getting an upgrade regarding its wireless connection capabilities. This will be the first time that the Cupertino giant will apply the latest WiFi chip for the iPhone, as it did not change this on the 2022 iPhone 14.

Other speculators and known names in the industry for Apple information, Blayne Curtis and Tom O'Malley, also claimed that Apple will switch to the new WiFi 6E.

According to 9to5 Mac, previous iPad Pro models released last year already sport the WiFi 6E, the MacBook Pro 2023, and the Mac mini.

Apple's Change to WiFi 6E

It is only about time for Apple to change the iPhone's WiFi chip to the latest 6E, to help its users get the best connections available. However, the only problem now is in order to unlock the WiFi 6E's capabilities, one also needs to have a router that can tap its potential, and deliver it to its users.

WiFi 6E is getting more prevalent and used among the public, and it is only time for Apple to release this with its smartphone.

iPhone 15 Expectations

There are many speculations now and analyst predictions for the upcoming smartphone from Apple, the iPhone 15 for this 2023. One of the most anticipated features coming here is the new A17 Bionic chip, and it centers on the main processor that would power the iPhone on many massive functions, with the latest tech there is.

Moreover, Apple is speculated for new Sony sensors for its cameras that would center on less overexposed shots and better dynamic range for the smartphone. It will center on many improvements compared to the iPhone 14's current features, with the next smartphone also delivering a corrected GPU for its A-series chip.

There are many things to expect on the new iPhone 15, but it all falls under speculation now, as there are no confirmations yet from the Cupertino giant. Allegedly, soon, it will feature upgraded internals and parts, especially with the latest WiFi 6E, another part of the puzzle that will complete the future release of Apple's flagship smartphone lineup.
