Are you a fan of Super Mario, the iconic plumber in red and blue overalls? If so, you will be thrilled to learn that Nintendo has announced a new Nintendo Switch Mario Choose One Bundle to coincide with the release of the Super Mario Bros. Movie.

The bundle is scheduled for March 10 (MAR10 Day), and we have all the details.

MAR10 Switch Console Bundle

The bundle, first seen by My Nintendo News, comes with a standard Nintendo Switch console with a new spin: instead of the typical grey or neon red and blue Joy-Con, you will get a set of red Joy-Con. It is important to note that the featured bundle contains a standard Switch console.

This bundle includes one of three Mario-themed digital games ("New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe," "Mario Kart 8 Deluxe," or "Super Mario Odyssey"). The three games are massively popular and are sure to keep Mario fans entertained for a good while.

To top it all off, the bundle includes some Super Mario Bros. Movie sticker sheets to show your love for the upcoming movie starring Chris Pratt. While it may not appear to be a significant addition to the package, it is a nice little touch for those who enjoy collecting merchandise.

It is also worth noting that this is not Nintendo's first time releasing a special edition console for a Mario game. According to Nintendolife, the company released a red and blue Nintendo Switch in 2021 to celebrate the release of Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury.

If you are interested in purchasing the bundle, it will be available from My Nintendo Store and select retailers on March 10. It costs $299.99, the same as the regular Nintendo Switch console.

More Mario Day Festivities

Nintendo is planning various fun Mario Day activities for fans of the popular video game. Gamers can look forward to in-store events at select GameStop locations where they can play Mario and friends-themed games. While supplies last, they can also receive free Mario-themed items!

In addition, Nintendo offers discounts on select Mario games, with the sale starting March 10.

It offers discounts on digital games and DLC starring Mario and his pals, such as "Mario Party Superstars," "Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze," "Yoshi's Crafted World," and "Luigi's Mansion 3."

Select Mario and friends games, such as "Mario Kart 8 Deluxe," "Super Mario Odyssey," "Super Mario Maker 2," and "Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury," are available for up to a $20 discount.

Furthermore, the public can now visit SUPER NINTENDO WORLD at Universal Studios Hollywood. The theme park has several Nintendo-themed attractions, such as the Mario Kart: Bowser's Challenge ride, the Toadstool Café, and the 1-UP Factory store.

You might even win a trip to SUPER NINTENDO WORLD if you are lucky. Nintendo is running a family fun sweepstakes where the winner and up to three guests can go to the theme park. To participate, visit the My Nintendo website and enter the sweepstakes from March 10 to April 25.
