The famed sequel game is coming soon for its wide release, but there are already new tweaks to the experience, particularly with "Star Wars Jedi: Survivor's" gameplay difficulty for the upcoming experience. It was revealed that the game developers are adding a new "Padawan" difficulty to the game, one that slightly tweaks the controls and feels of the gameplay.

Padawan, in the "Star Wars" lore, is known to be the children which display special connections to the Force, and are apprentices to Jedi Masters to learn their ways.

ComicBook Gaming's latest interview with "Star Wars Jedi: Survivor's" design director, Jeff Majors, revealed that the developers added a new difficulty setting for gamers to choose from, once the title releases.

"We want this game to work for casual Star Wars fans and hardcore gamers as well," said Majors (via ComicBook Gaming). "So we've got Grandmaster for them, and we go all the way down to story mode. We added a Padawan difficulty mode in between Knight and Story this time, which gives us a little bit more nuance for different players.

The new "Padawan" mode puts gamers at an advantage to better control and experiences the game, with a toned-down difficulty for different aspects of the game. The Padawan is squeezed between the Story and Knight tier of the gameplay difficulty.

The world is set to receive the anticipated sequel to Cal Kestis' story in "Star Wars Jedi: Survivor," and the design director said that the new difficulty setting would not change much of the gameplay, particularly when matching up against opponents.

Still, the game is a promising title based on initial impressions, with a way to tickle a player's tactic and strategies for any difficulty, may it be the Story, Padawan, Knight, Jedi Master, and Jedi Grandmaster tiers.

'Star Wars Jedi: Survivor' is Coming

It is finally April, and excited gamers or fans will only have days to count before the arrival of the anticipated sequel to the "Star Wars Jedi" franchise to arrive this April 28. There were several developments to the game, and it took Respawn Entertainment and Electronic Arts as much as four years before it is finally releasing the game to the public.

The leaks to Cal Kestis' pre-order freebies, particularly with the Jedi's new attire in the game, hinted at a new weapon for the lead, which is not so Jedi-like, as he may resort to using a blaster in the game. It is one massive change since the last game which centered mostly on using the proprietary Jedi weapon, the Lightsaber, for all combat needs.

Different promotional materials and information behind the game like its gameplay trailer reveal a lot about what to expect from it, and gamers cannot wait for the upcoming release.

One perk for all is the addition of setting the difficulty for "Jedi: Survivor," one that gamers may adjust to their preferences, and enjoy a different kind of experience when playing the story or revisiting its stages, with a twist.
