God of War Ragnarök's New Game Plus update is now available for those excited to experience the story again. This update has new and exciting features, ensuring a unique experience for every playthrough. 

Unlock the Ultimate Challenge with NG+ in God of War Ragnarok 

Players will have the option to choose from a variety of new arms and armor, customize their armor look, and utilize new skills. God of War Ragnarok's New Game Plus (NG+) mode is here, and it looks like Kratos and Atreus are in for an even bigger challenge than before. 

According to the story by PlayStation Blog, with a new level cap, an increased variety of equipment, and all-new Enchantments, NG+ mode allows fans to play through the story again, with expanded gameplay options from the beginning. 

Players can bring their equipment, weapons, and skills from their previous play-through. This includes the beloved Draupnir Spear, however, please note that Sonic and Hex arrows, as well as areas that require those arrows or the Spear, will not be available before the corresponding point in the main questline. 

Unlock Specialty Armors in PlayStation's God of War: Ragnarok 

Kratos and Atreus won't have to worry about braving the elements as they traverse the Nine Realms, as Armorsmith Brok and his brother Sindri have supplied Kratos with the Armor of the Black Bear to help keep them warm. Fans can find the game on the PlayStation website.

The Black Bear armor sets focus on Strength and Defense with a Perk that rewards successful evade with an explosive volley of Bifröst shards. For those looking for a more daring adventure, the Spartan Armor and the Ares and Zeus Armors, all with unique visuals, can be purchased at Huldra Brothers' Shop for Hacksilver. 

The Spartan will offer a "no-room-for-error" playstyle. At the same time, Ares and Zeus will significantly increase Melee and Runic damage while increasing incoming damage making it difficult to survive. In addition to the massive variety of armor, an exclusive shield - the Spartan Aspis - can also be purchased at Huldra Brothers' Shop.

Enhancing the God of War Experience with NG+ Mode 

This shield resembles the Guardian Shield but has a much tighter Parry window. It will take a bit of extra skill to take things up a notch and get the most out of this shield, but successful Parries will result in a much more damaging reward. Thirteen existing armor sets can be reimagined in new color combinations and styles for those looking for a style change. These appearances can be bought at Huldra Brothers' Shop and applied to any existing Level 9+ armor in the transmog menu. 

Also, the new Berserker Armor appearance can be acquired after defeating the Berserker King on NG+. Overall, it looks like the God of War Ragnarok NG+ mode presents fans with a wide array of challenging and exciting gameplay options, sure to leave them returning for more.
