Apple iPhone 15 Pro to Feature Thinner Bezels in new Display Leak—Will it Come?

Massive leaks are on for Apple's upcoming flagship smartphone, the iPhone 15 Pro, but one of the most definitive information behind the device's development is its display, particularly with thinner bezels. It is known that there are upcoming developments in its design, including the re-arrival of the pill notch Dynamic Island, paired with a wider screen thanks to less bezels.

Still, there is limited official information about the iPhone 15's upcoming features, and one sure thing is that it would unveil later this Fall season by Apple, with an event with it.

Apple iPhone 15 Pro to Bring Thinner Bezels as per Display Leak

A renowned leaker caught glimpse of a new glass cover for the iPhone 15 Pro, with Ice Universe claiming that this is more than the CAD renderings which claim thinner bezels for the iPhone. This new physical evidence sheds light on the changes coming to the smartphone, with a wider display compared to the iPhone 14 Pro.

The iPhone 14 Pro's bezel is 2.10 millimeters, while the iPhone 15 Pro's glass coverings only have 1.55 mm for its upcoming display.

It is unknown where Ice Universe got a hold of the physical evidence, but it says a lot about Apple's development of the upcoming smartphone's flagship and Pro series.

iPhone 15 Pro's Displays are Seeing Massive Changes

TechRadar reported that there were previous claims behind the iPhone 15 Pro series that it will feature the thinnest display there is to all smartphone developments in the world. Now this industry speculation is slowly coming true, and as evidenced by the glass covers from Ice Universe, 1.55 mm is the thinnest there is to smartphone display bezels.

The physical evidence is not only a protective tempered glass for the smartphone but what the iPhone 15 Pro series would use to cover it soon.

The iPhone 15 Pro and Its Development

Apple's development always sees significant leaks come for it, as sleuths from the internet and insiders have been picking up on information behind it, revealing much information unofficially. One of the most massive changes is said to be in the buttons, with the side volume controls seeing a significant change to one unified button for the up and down volume, as well as a force touch mute slider.

The display is seeing a better output as per the leaks, as it would change into a Samsung-made screen that would change from its Retina-powered display that the company previously designed.

While the display would feature subtle changes as it would not be noticed as much by iPhone users, Apple is reportedly centering on them, with less bezels and considering rounded corners for it.

It is still half a year's wait before the public may set their sights on the new iPhone 15 and know for sure what Apple has to offer for all, but the company is looking into many changes since the iPhone 14 series. With thinner bezels as physically evidenced by the new glass from a renowned Apple leaker, the new iPhone 15 Pro may bring more displays soon, for all to see.
