Street Fighter 6 is set to take the series to a new level of customization and gaming experience, with the Street Fighter 6 Showcase taking place on April 20 to reveal more about the game's new features.

Downloadable Modes to Make the Gaming Experience Unique for Everyone

According to the story by Event Hubs, to make the gaming experience unique for everyone, Capcom allows players to download only the specific modes they want to use.

The core installation of Street Fighter 6 is expected to include the Battle Hub portion of the game, though Fighting Ground and World Tour will be available as separate downloads.

Mode Selection for Fighting Ground and World Tour Story Mode

Fighting Ground is expected to contain all the standard modes like Versus, Online Battle, Extreme Battle, and Training Modes seen in previous games. It might also include character stories, Arcade mode, and Survival mode.

On the other hand, World Tour is the new single-player story mode where players will create their own avatar, explore a semi-open world with mini-games, and team up with the world warrior Masters.

Capcom's Allowance of Customization and Control in SF6

At the Street Fighter 6 Showcase, we can expect "big news and announcements" about the game and gameplay footage. Moreover, the game will require at least 50GB of hard drive space.

However, the amount of space required for Fighting Ground and World Tour is still unknown. In the end, Capcom's willingness to allow players to download only the parts of the title they wish to play allows for the customization and control we rarely see in fighting games.

Unprecedented Levels of Customization with Downloadable Components

Long-time Street Fighter fans are in for a real treat with the upcoming release of Street Fighter 6 (SF6). Not only is this the first time the series is beginning a new generation of games, but it is also providing players with unprecedented levels of customization through downloadable components.

The game's Xbox Store page reveals that Fighting Ground and World Tour are available for download rather than being integrated into the game. This implies that the core game will only include Battle Hub, the component of the game we've seen in the two closed beta tests.

Create an Avatar and Roam a Semi-Open World in World Tour Mode

The Fighting Ground suite has a full range of gaming modes and functionality, including Versus, Online Battle, Extreme Battle, and Training Mode. These are in addition to the standard Arcade and Survival modes, plus any character stories that may be included in the game.

World Tour is an entirely new single-player story mode that allows players to create an avatar and roam a semi-open world. Features include mini-games and the chance to team up with other world warriors.

These will be further detailed in the Street Fighter 6 Showcase on April 20th. Event Hubs also shared a video on YouTube on how players can pick the right character for them.
