Tesla is still making waves in the clean energy and automotive industry as the automaker recently reported its record number of deliveries and production of its different electric vehicles in its lineup. 

The company recently released its global report regarding its Q2 2023 performance which exceeded its previous quarter deliveries by as much as 10 percent. 

Its numbers are only a testament to how much people trust and want Tesla to bring them their clean energy mobility needs, still being one of the most famous names in the industry.

Tesla Produced, Delivered a New Record Number of EVs for Q2

The famed EV company from Elon Musk recently tweeted about its Q2 Financial Results report of the company, signifying its latest achievement of this quarter. 

The company's press release revealed that it was able to produce as many as 479,700 units globally, which broke the record for Q1 2023's numbers that only delivered 422,875 units. 

The company's numbers are up 10 percent from the last quarter, attributing its success to its global production of EVs across different plants and Gigafactories. 

From the 479,700 electric vehicles it made, Tesla claimed that it was able to deliver 466,140 units to its dealerships worldwide. As per the China Passenger Car Association, as much as half of Tesla's current numbers were made from Giga Shanghai alone.

Tesla's Model 3 and Model Y Topped the Charts

In Tesla's recent report, from the 479,700 total EVs made, the Model 3 and Model Y are the top-produced cars in its plants, accounting for 460,211 units and delivering as many as 446,915 of these vehicles.

On the other hand, Tesla's Model S and Model X only made up a small percentage of the total, with only 19,489 of the premium sedan and SUV produced and 19,225 delivered. 

Tesla's Electric Vehicles

Elon Musk's renowned clean energy company is best known for its electric vehicles, but behind these cars are the Gigafactories which significantly helped the company expand more of its lineup globally. 

The Gigafactories are best known for their rapid production of EVs, and one showroom in China, known as the Tesla Giga Lab, can build an electric vehicle for the company in 45 seconds. This impressive process replicates what is happening in the Giga Shanghai location.

Many changes happened to Tesla in the past months, including several price changes and qualifying its Model 3 vehicles yet again for US EV tax credits that would help buyers save a lot from their purchase. 

Tesla's recipe for success has been observed throughout the past months and years - a testament to the company's products and how they operate in the present economy.

Quarter after quarter and year after year, the company breaks its records showing how much Tesla has grown and is patronized worldwide for all EV needs.
