The white gremlin will be patterned after the iconic Grimmsnarl of Thailand National Championship 2022 winner Chaiyawat Traiwichcha.

How to Get Shiny Grimmsnarl via Pokemon SV Giveaway
According to ComicBook, the Shiny Grimmsnarl giveaway will be distributed to all gamers with "Pokemon Scarlet and Violet" games on Nintendo Switch.
Currently, there's no way you can access it as early as now since the code is hidden on the Pokemon website for SEA countries such as the Philippines, Thailand, and Singapore.
The giveaway will kick off on July 28 and it will continue until August 18 so you have a lot of time to get one of the greatest utility Pokemon.
For those who are curious about its moves, Chaiyawat's Shiny Grimmsnarl will carry Thunder Wave, Reflect, Light Screen, Reflect, and Spirit Break. We never know if it has a held item like Light Clay which prolongs the set screens.
