PUTAL, SLOVENIA - FEBRUARY 5: Davor, a 53 year old programmer writes code and works on computer while walking on a treadmill on February 5, 2021 in Putal, Slovenia. He had his veins in his leg bypassed and cannot stand for longer periods of time. As he is computer programer he usually walked 30km per day on average while writing code.

The AI Genie

The AI Genie functions as an engineering assistant and offers support in various areas such as smart contract creation, systems integrations, quality assurance, and testing.

According to the company, even engineers without knowledge of smart contract languages like Solidity can benefit from AI Genie's capabilities.

Matthew Van Niekerk, Co-founder & CEO of SettleMint, emphasized the uniqueness of their approach, stating that while AI and blockchain integration is a trending topic, SettleMint is the only platform using AI to empower engineers in accelerating blockchain transformation.

"The use of AI and blockchain is a hot topic right now, but SettleMint is the only platform that is using AI to empower engineers in their attempts to accelerate blockchain transformation. Our mission has always been to make blockchain development easier for enterprise engineers, and the AI Genie is the latest example of us fulfilling this promise," Niekerk said in a press release statement.

The demand for blockchain skills soared by 552% in 2022, but only a small fraction of professional developers have extensive experience in Solidity. SettleMint's AI Genie aims to bridge this skills gap, enabling engineers to create smart contracts and perform QA testing with ease.

Accessible through SettleMint's Integrated Development Environment (IDE), the AI Genie guides engineers through the process of drafting smart contracts. It can also be utilized to run tests and identify potential vulnerabilities, enhancing the quality and security of smart contracts.

Roderik van der Veer, Co-founder & CTO of SettleMint, highlighted the efficiency brought by the AI Genie, benefiting both beginners and experienced developers.

Beginners can use it to draft smart contracts and gain insights into best practices, while experienced developers can utilize it to identify and resolve issues swiftly, resulting in more reliable and error-free smart contracts.

High-Performance Low-Code Platform

Touting itself as a high-performance low-code platform, SettleMint aims to empower engineering teams to rapidly build, integrate, and launch web3 infrastructure applications.

With its "click and deploy" design, the platform minimizes implementation risk and facilitates the quick delivery of blockchain applications by allowing users to customize smart contract templates and utilize pre-built connectors for complex systems and data integration flows.

SettleMint's AI Genie represents a step forward in the seamless integration of AI and blockchain technologies, offering a practical solution for addressing the skills gap and empowering engineers to drive blockchain transformation within their organizations.
