Aside from physically launching new phones, Apple has been working hard on offering operating system updates to add new features for users. According to reports, Apple has already released the iOS 17 beta 8 version, which is still limited to testers.
Apple iPhone Users Eligible for iOS 17 Update to Get New Features After the Beta Version Gets Further Ahead
According to XDA Developers, the iPhone users eligible to test the latest iOS 17 beta update could get small additions and tweaks throughout the system. Like any update, these changes are designed to provide users with better gaming experiences.
As reported by the outlet, some of the recent changes expected to come out in the iOS 17 beta 8 update include the relocation of the End Call button, which was designed to give users better UX with a slight shift in UI.
The Apple iOS 17 beta 8 comes months after the company released the iOS 17 beta 1 during the WWDC23. The release of the first beta version of this particular operating system was first made available to Apple Developer Program participants.
New Changes Are Only Available for Participants of the Apple Developer Program
XDA Developers reported minimal changes, especially for users who do not rely on FaceTime and iMessage when communicating with their friends, families, coworkers, or others.
Aside from that, other minor additions are expected to roll out across the system as Apple continues introducing other upgrades with every new version of its beta. As of press time, the iOS 17 beta 8 is reportedly available to those participating in the Apple Development Program.
As seen on Apple's iOS and iPadOS 17 beta 8 release notes, there will be multiple fixes and upgrades, including the resolution of general and 3D objects issues.
An example of the latter includes the ability to add the 3D Files to a particular board, which was previously unavailable in the iOS or iPadOS beta 3 version.

Additional features also include spatial angle type getting trigonometry functions, while spatial rotations would get spherical linear interpolation and swing-twist decomposition. It also added features in its BNNS and vImage.
Other additions in the operating system's latest beta version include resolved issues when it comes to Accessibility, AirDrop, AirPlay, AirPods, Apple Intents, Apple Studio Display, Assistant Access, Audio, Audio Codecs, Authentication Services and Passkeys, Camera and AVFoundation Capture, and a lot more.

AirPods Also Gets an Update When Used With an Apple Device Using the iOS 17 Beta 8
Another new feature for the AirPods allows users to test Adaptive Audio, Personalized Volume, and Conversation Awareness. However, developers still need to install the AirPods beta firmware to do this.
Other features include a personalized volume, conversation awareness, and conversation boost aimed in providing users with a better listening experience.
