For those fortunate Game of Thrones fans that recently saw the last two episodes of season four in IMAX theaters, they also received an extra treat: the first full-length trailer for season five of the popular HBO series.

And as always happens, that trailer is on the Internet and available to watch now. And if this preview is any indication, season five is mind blowing.

The trailer, set to David Bowie's "Heroes" shows all our favorite characters as they traverse the world written by George R.R. Martin.

Now that Joffrey's dead, Margaery Tyrell becomes engaged to his younger brother, Tommen, the new King. The clip shows a peek at that wedding, and here's hoping that this one lasts a little longer for Margaery than her last marriage.

We also see that Varys suggests that the next ruler of the Seven Kingdoms may not in fact be a man, but a woman, and the clip immediately shows footage of Daenerys Targaryen. Those who've read the books, though, knows her path is anything but clear cut.

Speaking of Daenerys, she's still in Meereen fighting the masters, but it looks like she's about to get tough, and possibly even unleash the dragons on them.

Last season, Tyrion killed his father, so this clip also shows Tywin Lannister's funeral, attended by Jaime and Cersei.

Fan favorite Arya Stark also puts in an appearance, approaching a black and white door, as well as staring at her sword, Needle. Hopefully, she remembers to always use the pointy end.

In an even shorter segment, we get our first look at the deceased Prince Oberyn Martell's daughters, the Sand Snakes.

When Sophie Turner recently attended a showing of the IMAX episodes of Game of Thrones, she discussed season 5 in a little more detail, promising "more deaths" and "more blood." Given the show's reputation, that shouldn't come as a surprise, but how the series can add even more death and blood than previous seasons should provide for some rather gory episodes.

"I hadn't seen (the trailer) before. It's pretty exciting," says Turner. "This was just as much a tease for me as it was for everyone else."

Game of Thrones returns to HBO in April. It's also probably a good bet to think that we'll also get the standalone HBO Go service around then, too.
