In case you missed it, Fortnite has been celebrating the Holidays with several gifts via the game, and its recent drop is probably one of the most valuable from the platform, with a free Winterfest skin up for grabs. While the famed battle royale is famous for offering free daily gifts for gamers to enjoy, this skin is something you do not want to miss, as it is among the latest crossovers of the company.

For many years now, Fortnite has offered irresistible offers during the season of giving, making it one of the top online platforms to be receiving top offers in the industry.

Fortnite's Free Winterfest Skin is Now Available

On Christmas day, Fortnite unveiled the free skin that is featured in its Winterfest 2023 event, and this is none other than the 'Holiday Bushranger' from the Fortnite x LEGO crossover. As part of the merry giveaways from the famed battle royale, its penultimate gift to all gamers centers on one of the largest crossovers for the game this year.

The renowned Fortnite skin, Bushranger, is a character best known to sport the regular forest-themed camouflage overwhelmed by leaves, being one of the best disguises that hide gamers in the game. In the Winterfest's announcement last December 14, the game announced a Holiday Bushranger's regular Fortnite-designed look, alongside its LEGO version.

Unbeknownst to many, the LEGO version of the skin was set to be this Winterfest's freebie for all.

Until When Will Fortnite Offer the Free Skin?

Fortnite will let gamers claim their Daily Gifts under the Winterfest event until January 2, 2024, at 9 AM ET, and this includes the LEGO Holiday Bushranger up for grabs without any requirements.

To claim the free holiday skin from Fortnite, head on over to the Quests tab, and choose the section called Daily Gifts. Here, users may choose the different freebies, including the LEGO Holiday Bushranger, to claim, and have it available in their lockers.

Fortnite and its Famed Holiday Festivities

Epic Games has held massive festivities on Fortnite since it was released, and the company is best known for leveraging iconic skins, items, accessories, events, and more during this season. Among its top offers was back in 2019 when it made the "Lt. Evergreen" Christmas skin available for its gamers to redeem for free, amidst the Yuletide season.

One of the more iconic experiences on Fortnite is its consistency in offering Holiday-themed events, with 2020's Operation Snowdown offering a unique celebration in the battle royale, paired with freebies.

But since 2021, the battle royale game has focused on calling its holiday events "Winterfest," and this carried on for 2022 until this year's offer.

Fortnite's Winterfest 2023 started its celebration with massive freebies, but despite Christmas being over, the company is not yet done with what it has to give gamers this season. Right on Christmas day, Fortnite announced the free skin as part of its Winterfest offer, and this is the Holiday Bushranger from its LEGO crossover, regarded by gamers as "one of the best" freebies during the event.
