Marvel's Spider-Man 3 is seeing massive leaks online, with many teasing that the Green Goblin would be the next main villain of the show, following the likes of Venom and Kraven the Hunter in the latest game.
This came after Insomniac Games' canceled Spider-Man multiplayer game was leaked online, with many fans disappointed as to why it was discontinued.
Thanks to the Spider-Man: The Great Web leak, players are given a first look at the next villain of the single-player installment of the PlayStation franchise.
Marvel's Spider-Man 3's Next Main Villain is the Green Goblin

However, ComicBook Gaming still regarded these as claims from speculators online and implications from the current game, with Insomniac not yet confirming any concrete details for the third game.
Norman Osborn's Green Goblin is best known as Peter Parker's archnemesis. He is one of the oldest villains in the comics and a recurring nemesis who knows a lot about Peter's personal life.

Insomniac's Spider-Man Multiplayer Leaks
While implied by Insomniac Games, there are still no official looks for the villain in the next series, but a recently circulating trailer and concept art of its canceled multiplayer game may bring hints to the character's likeness.
The canceled Spider-Man: The Great Web was made by Insomniac. The company put a great deal of development into it as it already had its trailer and was said to possibly use the same design for Green Goblin.
In the image, Osborn is seen looking from his office with multiple characters flying on gliders, with a figure in the middle depicting the Green Goblin complete with a green scaly face, purple robes, and destroying the city.
Marvel's Spider-Man 3: What to Expect?
Insomniac's game director for the Marvel's Spider-Man franchise, Bryan Inithar, revealed a lot last year about the franchise's future, one that would complete a trilogy for the series and offer more massive experiences to gamers.
Inithar regarded the third game as similar to the Marvel Cinematic Universe's Avengers: Endgame, the 2019 movie that culminated what it had built so far.
Amidst Marvel's Spider-Man 2's release last year, there were already talks behind its sequel, and following up to Inithar's comments about the next game being its Endgame, characters like Deadpool may be in the books.
That being said, Yuri Lowenthal, Peter Parker's voice actor, previously suggested that his character will still be in the next game, which aligns with this recent leak about Green Goblin.
The two Spider-Men are set to take on the biggest nemesis of Peter Parker in the comics, setting up the stage for a possible iconic ending for Parker's story as the hero.
