It has been a long time since Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice director, Zack Snyder, released anything regarding the movie. During production, he released pictures of Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman, along with the Batmobile. However, nothing else came from Snyder until now.

The new image Snyder released via his private Instagram account is nothing impressive by any means. It is just a simple image of him on the set of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. We know this because the scarf around his neck looks similar to the one he was wearing at that time.

Additionally, his surroundings give us the impression of what Wayne Manor would look like in the film, but it could be somewhere else entirely.

A closer look at the image shows what appears to be rubble, though it is not certain what could have been the cause for it. Could it be one of the locations where Batman and Superman trade blows, or it could just be the aftermath of the Superman vs. Zod battle.

We know from videos captured on set that there will be scenes of Bruce Wayne running around in Metropolis during the battle, so this could very well be from one of those scenes.

At the end of the day though, it is great to see Zack Snyder getting back in the groove of releasing new content regarding the 2016 movie. It could also be a sign that Warner Bros. might be ready to release the first public showing of the trailer. Fans have been waiting with bated breath for months, and because of this, speculations have been overflowing.

Back in 2014, it was said the first teaser trailer would run alongside The Hobbit: Battle of the Five Armies, but it did not. We then speculated that Warner Bros. would likely air it at the Super Bowl, but for some odd reason, that did not materialize.

Additionally, other rumors claim it might make its first appearance with Jupiter Ascending, but from all indication that has not happened. For now, it appears fans might have to wait a very long time to get the first taste of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.
