Game of Thrones is just a TV show, right? There is no way a real human could be the size of the fictional Gregor Glegane, a.k.a. "The Mountain That Rides." The man described in George R.R. Martin's fantasy sage is a massive beast of a human, crushing his foes with almost no effort, so muscular and tall that his silhouette blocks out the sun as he rides down his victims.

Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson is that person in real-life, only minus all the maiming and killing. The actor, who brings Gregor Clegane to life in HBO's Game of Thrones, just so happens to be one of the strongest men alive in both the real world and in Westeros.

Björnsson proved it this weekend at at the Arnold Classic strongman competition, where the actor and bodybuilder broke a new world record by launching a 56-pound kettle bell more than 19 feet into the air.

In case that feat of strength isn't enough for you, he also brought a Viking legend to life when he carried a 1,320-pound log on his back for five steps. And you thought your 30-pound backpack was heavy.

Yes, all the facts point towards Björnsson being some kind of superhuman as of yet unknown to science. It's okay, that feeling of helplessness and complete inadequacy is natural.
