It's a wearable, a fitness tracker, a health monitor - No, it's Wello! A company called Azoi just announced a brand-new iPhone case by the name of Wello, which tracks your heart rate, blood pressure, body temperature, blood oxygen levels and more.

It can be annoying to carry around several different devices, even if some of them are small fitness trackers or health monitoring wearables. Azoi solved that problem by placing all the health and fitness sensors you could possibly want into an iPhone case. With Wello, there's no need to carry a FitBit or other health-focused wearable around with you. Wello can give you everything you need.

"Over the last two years, we have focused our efforts on coming up with a technologically advanced yet easy-to-use tool to help you monitor health and facilitate better lifestyle choices," Azoi CEO Hamish Patel said in a statement. "We are proud to introduce Wello-a not so small engineering feat in microelectronics, nanosensors, imaging, data analytics and design."

There are a couple different Wello cases available, including one for the iPhone 5S or iPhone 5, as well as one for the iPhone 4S. The case connects to your iPhone via Bluetooth and a companion application that helps you keep track of your vital signs and overall well-being. The case looks and feels like a standard iPhone case, so it won't add any unnecessary bulk to your slim iPhone.

"We have effectively put health monitoring equipment, typically in large form factors, into a highly convenient and accessible mobile phone case," Patel said.

Wello reads your vital signs in less than a minute. All you have to do is hold the case steady with your hand and wait for the measurements to be made. Wello can measure your blood pressure, electrocardiography (ECG), heart rate, blood oxygen, temperature, lung functions and many other vital signs. It can also sync with any health or fitness wearables you already own, so you can see all your data.

Wello is currently available for pre-order in the United States for $199. Wello should ship sometime in the fall of 2014, once it gets FDA approval. The company also expects to launch the case in Canada, China, India, Hong Kong, Singapore, the U.K. and much of Europe soon. Azoi  says that it has a Wello insert, which also works with Android smartphones.
