Samsung has made things official for its Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge launch in the U.S. All major carriers have announced preorder and pricing details for both smartphones.

Ever since Samsung took the wraps off the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge at Mobile World Congress, U.S. smartphone fans have been waiting to hear details on when they would be able to preorder the smartphones from their favorite carrier and retail stores. Samsung has put an end to the speculation and has announced that all major U.S. carriers, with the exception of Verizon, will begin to take preorders for the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge on March 27. In early March, Verizon was the first carrier to announce its preorder date of April 1.

"We have completely reimagined the Galaxy experience from the ground up by listening to what matters most to our customers," said Gregory Lee, president and CEO of Samsung Electronics North America Headquarters. "The Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge are more than just beautiful — they're better. We've improved the smartphone essentials — camera, battery, display — and redesigned the phone experience so our consumer and business users are empowered to do more."

Here's a rundown of pricing details for the Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge:

AT&T has revealed that it will offer the 32 GB, 64 GB, and 128 GB storage options for the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge. The carrier has only listed pricing for its AT&T Next service, which starts at $22.84 per month for the 32 GB Galaxy S6 and $27.17 per month for the Galaxy S6 Edge.

T-Mobile has announced pricing for the Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge. The 32 GB Galaxy S6 will be $0 down and $28.33 per month for 24 months, while the 32 GB Galaxy S6 Edge will be $0 down and 24 monthly payments of $32.49. T-Mobile is sweetening the deal by including one year of Netflix for free with purchase of either handset.

Verizon will offer the 32 GB, 64 GB, and 128 GB Samsung Galaxy S6 and pricing begins at $199.99 after a $50 mail in rebate when signing a new two-year contract or $24.99 per month for 24 months. The 32 GB Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge will start at $299.99 after $50 mail in rebate or $29.16 per month for 24 months.

Sprint is taking a novel approach and has announced that it will offer the Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge on its leasing program, which includes smartphone and service. The the 32 GB Galaxy S6 will cost $80 per month and the 32 GB Galaxy S6 Edge will be priced at $85 per month. Sprint customers can pay the carrier an extra $5 per month for a 64 GB model or $10 for the 128 GB option. Sprint hasn't announced what it plans on charging customers who sign contracts for the handsets.
