Captain America: Civil War is the next big team-up superhero movie that is set for release in 2016. It's a Captain America film according to the title, but that is not stopping Scarlet Witch from popping up for a showdown.

Elizabeth Olsen confirmed that she would reprise her role as Scarlet Witch in Civil War. Apparently, she knew about this for quite some time, but could not talk about it until Avengers: Age of Ultron hit the streets.

We have yet to see Scarlet Witch, aka Wanda Maximoff in action apart from the trailers, but we are certain she will become a reliable member of the Avengers and be a great addition to Civil War.

The actress also talked about her experience in Age of Ultron and what the character Scarlet Witch means to her.

"This character means a lot to me and I got to work with yet another of the best actors in the world," Olsen, 26, raved. "My character has a very creative way of moving, like dancers. We choreographed to make it really dynamic."

Recently, Kevin Feige revealed some exciting Scarlet Witch news.

"The way we reveal Scarlet Witch [in costume] at the end of the movie? Those were Captain Marvel plate shots. Joss said, 'We'll cast her later!' And I said, 'Yeah Joss, we'll cast her later,'" Feige said. Whispering to someone else on set, he said, "We're not putting her in there!"

This goes to show that Captain Marvel will not have her costume on until the end of her first solo outing. From what we are seeing, it appears we are getting an origins story that builds up over time until the character finally jumps into her costume at the end of the film.

So far, not much is known about Captain Marvel apart from the announcement of the film having two writers. When it comes down to who will sit in the director's chair, that is still up in the air. However, maybe the Angelina Jolie might land the job since she has a relationship with Disney.
