Shia LaBeouf's strange motivational video, shot against a green backdrop, showing him angrily facing the camera telling anyone who's watching to "Just do it!" was baffling at best.

As it turned out, the piece was actually the actor participating in an art project for students at Central St Martins college in London. The "Just Do It" speech was a poem written by one of the graduating fine arts students. It is just one of 36 segments he filmed for their show where he was given pieces of no more than 100 words to read.

But the internet went crazy over the overly intense motivational speech and the parodies have started to stream. Actor James Franco, never one to shy away from poking fun at himself and other celebrities, shared his own take on the motivational speech. Telling the cameraman to Just do it! -- Just poo it!

Yes, you read and heard that right. Just like LaBeouf, Franco looks at the camera and fiercely tells him that nothing at all is standing in his way.

"Just do it! Just do it! Just poo in the toilet! Just do it! Do you wanna keep pooping in your little diapers. Just poop in the toilet! All those other little kids are pooping in their pants. You said you would do it yesterday - do it in the toilet! Just poo it! Just poo it!!!!" goes the entirety of Franco's monologue in the video before he puts on the most constipated angry face that seems to be channeling his inner Hulk to make his point.

Franco's "Just do it" motivational video parody plays like the world's angriest potty training video which is more likely to make a child poop in their pants rather than in the toilet, as Franco furiously says to do.

(Hilariously, the phrase "Just do it" is mostly associated with the brand Nike. However, in his 35 second video, Franco chooses to wear a black shirt with the Adidas logo on the front. Well, played, Franco, well played.)

And also check out the full 29 and a half minute version of Shia's original video featuring all the segments filmed for the student art show, including the now-famous and relentlessly parodied "Just do it!" angry motivational speech.
