Comixology's big Comic Con news last week revolved around a partnership with Delcourt, which will bring 300 of the French publishing company's titles to the digital comics platform, many of which will be published in English for the first time.

In honor of the massive digital distribution deal, Comixology has offered up an exclusive preview of one of the titles. Husk is a collaboration between French author Frederic L'Homme and artist Arnaud Boudoiron set in a near-future Paris where police battle crime with 15-foot-tall mech-like robotic suits.

The series follows the lives of the officers who pilot the suits and captures some extremely cool battles in the process, told with an aesthetic sensibility that owes much to the output of fellow countryman Moebius and the rest of the gang at Métal Hurlant, the comics anthology that gave rise to Heavy Metal here in the States.

What follows are the first five pages of Husk #1, which hits Comixology tomorrow.
