A few days ago, a report claimed Zack Snyder's son, Eli Snyder, would play Robin in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. We're not sure if he'll play the dead Robin or a new one entirely.

We suspect that if Zack Snyder wants to do things right, Eli Snyder should definitely play Jason Todd, a Robin who was brutally beaten and ultimately killed by the Joker in the comics.

We've long heard in the past that Robin would make an appearance in the movie, so we are glad to realize that there's some truth to the whole thing.

Information came straight from Heroic Hollywood, a website with a good track record, although sometimes the publication can be terribly wrong with its reporting. However, fuel was added to the fire when Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice photographer Clay Enos released the following picture and tweeted it.

Is he asking if Eli Snyder is Robin, the boy wonder, or is he just throwing fans a bone to pick? We say he's doing the latter. After all, he's the photographer, and we see no reason for him to make such a huge statement on social media if there's no truth to it.

We doubt the man would want to face the wrath of fanboys from around the world.

Who is Eli Snyder anyway?

As stated above, he is the son of Zack Snyder. The young man is just 19 years old and is an American football player. He hopes to attend UCLA, aiming to study film.

The big question: if Eli Snyder is truly Robin/Jason Todd, would he be good enough for a potential Batman movie where Todd is the Red Hood. Does Eli have the chops to be a lead villain who can stand toe-to-toe with Ben Affleck? We doubt it, but anything is possible.

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is set to hit theaters on Mar. 25, 2016.
