It's week two of the Sony PlayStation Summer Sale. This means that we can avail of neat discounts on classics like Assassin's Creed Unity and Resident Evil 3 through Aug. 10 and take our summer fun up a notch.

If you've got a PlayStation 3, Sony has got you covered with price reductions for: Resident Evil 6, Beyond Good & Evil HD, Assassin's Creed Rogue and DuckTales Remastered among others.

If you are a proud owner of a PlayStation 4, go for the discounted Assassin's Creed Unity, Lords of the Fallen, Costume Quest 2 and Nidhogg, among many titles that are available with a discount.

Assassin's Creed Unity is down to $31.99 (and a mere $29.99 for PlayStation Plus subscribers) from $ 39.99.

Resident Evil 6 Complete Edition is down to an impressive $11.20 (as a PlayStation Plus subscriber, you will only have to fork over $8.40) from the regular retail price of $27.99.

There are also games for the PlayStation Vita and PlayStation Portable. For example, Danganronpa for PSN Vita or the Mega Man series for PlayStation Portable.

If you are a PlayStation Plus subscriber please take note: You will receive an extra 10 percent off on most, though not all, games. Sony is also soon giving you more power by letting you cast your vote about which games shall be offered in the Plus subscriber's Instant Games Collection. On top of that, you will soon get access to additional discounts -also outside of sale season, so that is something extra to look forward to.

For now, if you have any kind of PSN device, head on over to the PlayStation store and stock up on games that are still missing in your collection. This is the buying season and it will only last for five more days, so acting fast is key. The sale will end at 9 a.m. PDT on Tuesday, Aug. 11.
