Season 6 of Game of Thrones probably won't be premiering on HBO until the spring of 2016, but the Internet has already been abuzz with what we may see in the new season ever since filming resumed on the series this summer.

That of course includes who we may see as well. Yes, there are going to be some SPOILERS from here on out, so look away now and all that jazz if you're not caught up on Game of Thrones yet.

A few actors that played characters thought to have been killed on the show have been spotted around Belfast, Northern Ireland, the city in which filming on Season 6 of Game of Thrones is currently under way. The latest one is Rory McCann, who portrayed Arya Stark's lovable companion Sandor "The Hound" Clegane on the show, Game of Thrones fan site Watchers on the Wall first reported. We haven't heard anything about his whereabouts on Game of Thrones since Arya left him for dead after he was badly wounded in a duel at the end of Season 4.

This is how Watchers on the Wall describes the McCann spotting in Belfast:

"I've heard from a source whom I trust, who has provided us reliable information going back several years, that Rory McCann was seen recently staying at a hotel in Belfast commonly used by HBO and Game of Thrones cast members during filming."

Remember, this is just a rumor, so it's entirely possible that McCann is in Belfast filming something else or perhaps even just on holiday. However, it doesn't look like he has any other current projects in the works, so a Game of Thrones Season 6 appearance is entirely possible. At least that's what we'll tell ourselves to help us sleep better at night.

Analyzing the Song of Ice and Fire books doesn't clear things up much either, since author George R.R. Martin also left The Hound's fate uncertain in them. However, seeing as how the Game of Thrones TV series began to majorly deviate from its original source material last season, it's certainly possible that showrunners David Benioff and Dan Weiss could bring this character back from the supposed dead.
