Week after week, WWE 2K16 builds anticipation by announcing new characters that will be available in the game and releasing trailers of Superstar entrances to the ring.

With the game already figuring to be the most crisp and authentic title of the series to date, it's time that the WWE 2K developers sit back and admire their work a bit. So, they did just that — with three of the developers unleashing a video Wednesday, September 2, of them playing a Triple Threat TLC (Tables, Ladders and Chairs) match using Sheamus, Neville and Kevin Owens.

Watching this short clip – which only runs one minute and 46 seconds – gamers will get a great grasp of how fluidly the gameplay in WWE 2K16 runs with the help of three sharply contrasting wrestling styles. As soon as the video begins, gamers will spot a table under the ring ropes, a steel chair wedged between the first and second-rope turnbuckles and a ladder lying outside of the ring — hinting that plenty of carnage has already transpired in this Triple Threat match.

Seventeen seconds into the match and the high-flying Neville finds himself perched on the top turnbuckle, leaping off with a moonsault onto Sheamus. Moments later, Owens drops Sheamus on his head with a piledriver, but Sheamus gets revenge via his White Noise and Brogue Kick signature moves, nearly getting the pinfall.

The match ends in rather dramatic fashion, when KO nails a Samoan Drop on Sheamus, but Neville takes them both out with his amazing Red Arrow corkscrew shooting star press — getting the one, two and three on Sheamus for the win.

Simply put — the gameplay looks fantastic. Gamers will likely want the October 27 release date to come around sooner after watching this.
