Tom Scott proudly presented his custom-built Emoji Keyboard in his YouTube video, which was uploaded on Sept. 21. Scott made the monster of a keyboard out of 14 individual regular keyboards, with each button mapped out to a different emoji. For ease-of-use, and we use the term lightly, in finding each emoji, Scott pasted stickers of each different symbol on each button.

So now he has the perfect keyboard to let people know exactly what he is feeling when he sends a message. Well, at least the 1,000 emotions so far that can be expressed in an emoji.

Scott divided each emoji based on different categories like smiley faces, animals, plants and food. Transport emojis, symbols, dingbats, flags, sports and a plethora of other emojis are completely represented as well. All of the keyboards are plugged into one laptop. According to Scott, it is the most "ridiculous" thing he has built in a long time.

Never have to scroll through pages and pages of popup windows again to find a Black Santa. With Scott's keyboard, simply press the button with a sticker of regular Santa on it then change the hue of his tan with a skin modifier button!

While not actually being a very practical build, Scott's emoji keyboard certainly has got us all thinking - do we really need an emoji for everything?

Moreover, the resounding answer from emoji fans is, "Yes!" They do need, want and must have all their emojis! Even if those emojis do not necessarily work on all computers yet.

But not to worry, Scott has already got them covered. Because even though not everyone will appreciate the levitating business-suit man on their screens, Scott's keyboard still has him mapped out and as soon as he becomes available on all displays.

"There will be an emoji. Of a man. In a business suit. And he will be levitating," he said.

Check out Scott's video shown and stay tuned because he promises to upload a build video later in the week so that you too can make your own 1,000 button emoji keyboard.
