The Fader brought a new perspective to music journalism when it published its first issue back in 1999. Now the music and style magazine is innovating once again in honor of its 16th anniversary.

The Fader has made all 100 issues of the magazine available to download for free through BitTorrent Bundle. This is the first time an entire magazine archive has been made available through this direct-to-fan publishing platform.

Users can head over to The Fader 100's page on the BitTorrent Bundle site now to download the PDF of the 100th issue of The Fader and a video showing interviews with artists featured in the magazine as well as the publication's editors and photographers from the past and present. An email address is required to access The Fader's complete archive including PDFs of issues 1 to 99 as well as three bonus videos on how the magazine got its start, how it found its voice and how it landed Kanye West for his first magazine cover ever in 2003.

A one-year subscription to The Fader in the United States currently costs $29.99 for six issues, and many back issues of the magazine can also be purchased separately for $10 each. With all of that in mind, being able to download all 100 issues of The Fader for free is obviously a financial win for consumers.

The Fader 100 isn't the first high-profile product to hit the BitTorrent Bundle platform. A new Thom Yorke album, feature films and a 10-episode boxed set of Doctor Who episodes have all been sold through BitTorrent Bundle in the past.
