Beyoncé, once again, shows the world how it's done.

The 34-year-old superstar never fails to blow everyone's mind when it comes to her all-out concert performances and fierce red carpet runs, so her Halloween costume should not have come as a surprise.

But it did—very much so.

Comedian and actor Jeff Dye posed for a photo with Beyoncé and posted it on his respective social media accounts.

"I met Beyoncé tonight and she couldn't have been more sweet. And shares my love of costumes," he wrote.

The singer-songwriter went as X-men heroine Storm as she attended Ciara's super-hero themed birthday party on Oct. 25. Meanwhile, Dye came as the tormented Marvel antihero The Punisher. Beyoncé was dressed to perfection, sporting white locks, sky blue contacts and a black headpiece. All these accessories, however, were put to shame by the death stare that she so effortlessly worked. The 32-year-old MTV host also uploaded a photo with the birthday girl, Ciara, dressed as Catwoman, and her boyfriend, Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson, dressed as Batman. "Me Ciara and Russ celebrating the dirty thirty," Dye captioned the photo.

Among those in attendance were British actress Lily Collins and Destiny's Child member Kelly Rowland. As expected, the Internet exploded with news of Beyoncé's costume selection. "Beyonce as Storm is the superhero movie we need," Jarett Wieselman tweeted.

"Beyoncé dressed as Storm to remind me that all of my interests can in fact intersect and also to keep breathing," posted Sweet Potato Season.

We never really know whether to keep our hopes up when it comes to Queen Bey during Halloween, as she is known to have a wide wardrobe spectrum—including a bumblebee costume in 2011.

However, in this case, the "Bey Hive," formerly "The Beyontourage" and entirety of the Internet sends its deepest gratitude to Dye for giving a glimpse, albeit a very well-projected one, into the glory that is Beyoncé's Halloween costume.
