An abused pit bull who was found without a nose and gravely injured bones is now recovering from a reconstructive nose surgery at a veterinary hospital in Southeast Florida. The dog’s rescuers are relieved after the successful five-hour surgery, but say the injured dog will still need to undergo surgery to repair her broken legs.
