Another Friday, another visit from Xur in Destiny. But while Xur for the past few weeks hasn't sold anything particularly exciting, he is bringing out the big guns this week with a whole inventory of never before offered items.

The "big one" is the Zhalo Supercell, a new exotic auto-rifle. The weapon has a chance to spread chain lightning when enemies are close together. When combined with its next ability, which returns ammo on double kills and recharges super energy, players can continually fire into groups of weak enemies for some electrifying results. What makes Zhalo Supercell most unique and heavily sought after is the fact that it's a primary weapon with elemental damage types. Bungie game designer Luke Smith recently said that elemental primary weapons would be a thing of the past, making Zhalo Supercell a rare exception.

Hunters using the new Nightstalker subclass will definitely want to check out the Graviton Forfeit this week. The exotic helmet grants shadestep for free, allowing you to pick another ability perk. It's ability that immediately starts shield recovery after obtaining an orb of light is also handy.

Warlocks and Titans fare a little less well this week. While Taikonaut can still be useful, rocket launchers simply aren't as powerful as they used to be. The Alchemist's Raiment for Warlocks is useful if you find yourself constantly running out of glimmer, but most players who spend more than a few hours a week on Destiny will find glimmer is their most abundant resource already.
