Activision drops a star-studded, live-action trailer to give the hype train one more boost before Call of Duty: Black Ops 3's Nov. 6 release.

The trailer, part of Activision's "Seize Glory" campaign, features narration from "Creed" and "Fantastic Four" actor Michael B. Jordan with guest Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch, who keeps the words to a minimum, and model Cara Delevingne, who might have been camping. There's also some guy named Kevin, the everyman or woman.

The everyman in this video power slides through a futuristic battlefield, wall-running and thrust-jumping his way to take out both enemies soldiers that aren't all flesh and bones.

"No matter who you are, there's a soldier in all of us," says Activision.

It has sort of become a pre-holiday tradition with Call of Duty games. Publisher Activision releases live-action trailers that not only build hype for the upcoming title, but also remind fans and legislators that it is in fact a game.

One of last year's live-action trailers for Call of Duty featured Taylor Kitsch from "Friday Night Lights" and Emily Ratajkowski from "Gone Girl." And the year before, there was "Community" star Charlie Koontz and "Transformers" muse Megan Fox.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 launches this Friday for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC and, for the most part, on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

Like the last Black Ops, the third installment of the series borrows from the gameplay mechanics of the core Call of Duty franchise and deploys gamers into a torn world set decades into the future.

This latest game is a "pop culture movement," drawing fans from around the world to celebrate the game, stated Tim Ellis, CMO of Activision, as he pushed the company's "Seize Glory" campaign.

The 'Seize Glory' captures that feeling of exhilaration and accomplishment in which anyone can go on an amazing run and become his or her own champion in Call of Duty," Ellis says. "This campaign celebrates our community and the unforgettable gameplay moments they'll experience in Black Ops III."
