Being a monster is tough. With furry fingers and insatiable cravings, sometimes it's difficult to navigate through life and modern technologies. But Cookie Monster has figured out how to use his iPhone 6s to get exactly what he wants, when he wants it.

A new one-minute ad from Apple shows the lovable monster using the hands-free feature of Siri to help him whip up a batch of what he loves most in the world: cookies!

Right when he puts the tray in the oven, instead of using an old-fashioned hand cranked oven timer to make sure his baked cookies turn out just right, he calls, “Hey Siri,” and makes his iPhone set the countdown for him and play his waiting playlist as he waits until the cookies are ready.

As Jim Croce's “Time in a Bottle” plays in the background, Cookie Monster, shows a great amount of patience and restraint.

He passes the time by flipping through the pages of his cookbook, playing with (and eating!) some kitchen tools, putting on a puppet show for himself with his oven mitts – does a Muppet playing with a puppet count as Muppet-ception? – keeping himself away from temptation by going out to his garden and peeking into the kitchen from a window, sneaking peeks into the oven by flicking its light on and off, and checking in with Siri on how much time he has left to wait.

With Siri's help, Cookie Monster's wait for a fresh batch of oven-baked cookies becomes bearable - somehow.

Although Cookie Monster will never understand why everyone wants to break the internet, he certainly understands how Siri helps him make cookies – all without using his hands, because Siri is now has hands-free activation on iPhone 6s.
