HTC recently released a teaser video, in which it claims that the HTC 10 will have the best camera for shooting photos and videos. Carrying the hashtag #powerof10, the video has HTC saying that it "obsessively perfected every optical detail" on the upcoming smartphone's camera.

It seems that it's not only the quality of the device's camera that HTC is obsessed with, according to another video posted by HTC.

In the latest teaser uploaded by HTC through its Twitter account, the smartphone manufacturer claims that its engineers have turned their obsessions with battery life into a science.

The video does not clearly indicate if the HTC 10 will have a massive battery or if the smartphone's software has been optimized to be very battery-efficient. Previous leaks, however, have stated that the device will pack a 3,000 mAh battery, similar to Samsung's Galaxy S7. With the HTC 10 said to have a 5.15-inch Quad HD display and Qualcomm's Snapdragon 820 processor, that battery will be able to provide a full day's use for most people.

Full day usage would be greatly welcomed by HTC fans, as previous smartphones of the manufacturer did not perform well in terms of battery life.

Rumors also claim that the HTC 10's front-facing camera will feature optical image stabilization, a technology that has previously only been applied to the rear-facing cameras of smartphones.

Leaked specifications of the HTC 10 further reveal specifications such as 4 GB of RAM, a default storage of 32 GB and an 11-megapixel rear-facing camera capable of shooting 4K video. The HTC 10 is also to be shipped with Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow pre-installed with an updated version of the company's Sense 8.0 user interface.

The teasers for the HTC 10 so far reveal a much-improved device compared to the company's previous flagship smartphones. All the official details of the HTC 10 will be revealed on April 12, with fans looking forward to the product of the company's obsession in crafting the smartphone.
