Ratchet & Clank and Dark Souls 3 joined Rocket League in the top three on the list of the PlayStation Store's top downloads for April 2016. Rocket League was awaiting them, and had been doing so for months.

Having just launched at the tail end of March, Dark Souls 3 dominated PlayStation Store sales for the month of April. Meanwhile Ratchet & Clank, with its early April release date, came in second place.

Dark Souls 3 and Ratchet & Clank are just the latest pair of games to join Rocket League in the top three, where the future-sport game has been since the start of the year. It has been either the second or third most downloaded game on the PlayStation Store since January, but it first landed on PS4 back in July 2015.

While the PlayStation Store may be Rocket League's world for now, Dark Souls 3 and Ratchet & Clank also went well offline in the U.S., according a report from to the NPD Group. Dark Souls 3, including the Xbox One version, sold the most physical copies than any other game during the month of April and Ratchet & Clank came in second place — Rocket League won't get a physical edition until July.

Rachet & Clank was followed by MLB The Show 16 (PS4, PS3), Tom Clancy's The Division (PS4, Xbox One, PC), Grand Theft Auto V (PS4, PS3, Xbox One, 360, PC), Minecraft (PS4, PS3, Xbox One, 360), Quantum Break (Xbox One), Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 (Xbox One, 360, PS4, PS3, PC), NBA 2K16 (PS4, PS3, Xbox One, 360), and Star Fox Zero (Wii U).
